your prozac dose is low, ask doc or a pharmacist about upping it, but occasionally an antidepressant doesnt work at any dose
if the prozac doesnt work then paxil is unlikely to work either as both are the same type, SSRI antidepressants and you should then be asking doc to try you on some other type of antidepressant, there are several
prozac is as likely as any other antidepressant to help with social anxiety
an antidepressant may stimulate one person, sedate another and have no effect on someone else
xanax as needed is helpful, buspar, IMO is mostly a waste of money, its expensively promoted to docs but has been around a long time and has always had a poor reputation, however docs listen much more closely to drug company sales reps than they listen to their anxiety patients, sadly
