Re: mouth ulcers

Hi flashvik,

I do not get mouth ulcers, but something sort of like that. I seem to bite the inside of my mouth a lot (by mistake or unknowingly). I also sometimes get a bump on my tongue. My big anxiety thing is - picking my sores on my body. I get a bobo and do not hardly ever let it heal. I guess most everyone with anxiety/stress has some kinds of stress induced actions or things that they do!

Hope you get rid of you ulcers. I know that hurt! Take care. Wannabe

Re: mouth ulcers

Hi flashvik,

I do think that most likely your cold sores are a result of lots of anxiety/stress. I know several people that get cold sores when they are upset or worried about big things! I would not worry if I were you.

Try to relax. I know, easier said than done. Take care. Wannabe
