Hi. I'm not sure if I've been having anxiety attacks or not, but it's my closest guess. The best way I can explain what happens to me is first I feel as thought I'm not in my body, but rather out of reality, and then my fingers start to shake and parts of my body follow, and I have chills sent down my body, and then lastly, I feel as though my throat is closing in and I can't breathe so my breathing becomes quick, frequent, and raspy.

Are these signs of anxiety attacks?
