Anxiety & Immunity

So, for the past two months or so, ive been going through a really stressful period in my life, and ive noticed that - from what i can tell - my immunity's gone haywire!!! Im feeling fatigued a lot, have more spots than usual, have a few infected hair follicles, have a cold that wont go away, and generally am feeling pretty pants!

Is a reduction in immunity quite common with anxiety/stress????
