Is seems like I've been somewhat anxious my entire life. I went to counseling on an off while in college, and have a few therapists recommend that I see a psychiatrist for possible medication. At the time, I was really against that idea at the time. I had several consultations set up, but NEVER showed.

Now, I'm thinking maybe it's time.

I seem to have virtually every physical manifestation of anxiety that I've ever heard of. I get migraines, have Acid Reflux, IBS, esophogeal spasms, I break out into hives, I've only slept through the night three times in the past three nights, my neck and my shoulders get so tense sometimes that I can't move...

I'm also started to hermit and have developed a very strict schedule that I always have to follow, from the time I get home from work until I go to bed. On weekends, everything I do is scheduled, and I get really irritable if I have to change it. I hardly ever socialize, I don't call people back, and then I whine when I don't have plans, but if someone asks me, I say "no".

I can't live like this. Something has to change.
