Fear of Allergic Reaction - Anxiety Message Board

hello, im writing this post because one day I got a bad case of hives. I also have bad anxiety. But now im very scared im gonna get a allergic reaction to anything like food, or even meds. Specifically, anaplalaxsis. I ate something spicy one day and got bright red face and hives all over my body and I was very scared,but i dont think it was cause of a alllergic reaction. Im not sure. Can someone give me some advice on this, because I feel like everytime i eat something now im gonna get a allergic reaction.. sometimes even the thought of it, gives me hives. I need some help and advice, im losing a lot of weight and im scared i might die of a allergic reaction or something. Thanks

I know what you are going though, my isnt allergic reaction, but surgar droping,,,,,
cant you go to the doc, and get check to see if you are allergic to something,,,,,
I know what is like to fear,, and its no fun,, it robs our days,
Hope we both can get a hold of our fears,,,,,
