Trying to find the light

Hello all. I had a question for anyone out there. I have hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) I was wondering if anyone knew how anxiety affected blood sugar? I have a feeling they are related i just was wondering how. Everyday before lunch i feel off balance and shaky and then better after I ate. It would be great to know how they affect each other so I can make the appropriate corrections.

Re: Trying to find the light

Do an internet search on blood sugar and serotonin. I think you will find that diet has a lot to do with our sense of physical well being. Eating a diet with more protein and less sugar and carbohydrates will help keep you on a more even keel physically and emotionally.

Re: Trying to find the light

to hfd
low blood sugar can cause anxiety type symptoms and also panic attacks, if you also suffer from panic disorder it can be ahrd to tell what the cause is
ask doc for some diabetes bloodsugar test strips and get a finger *****er as they need a drop of blood, this will tell you how your Bloodsugar is at the time

there are some strips that dont need a machine as you just match the colors, however machines are often on special very cheaply, ask a pharmacist , they sell them
I dont think the 2 problems are related
