might be from the fight or flight response which many anxiety sufferers get, it restricts the bloodflow, usually to the extremeties of the body to lessen bleeding during a lifethreatening episode
this causes tingling, pins and needles or numbness
it would help to learn new ways of relaxing and calming yourself
look up fight or flight response on the net
too much sleep can be from depression or sometimes just boredom
