What are some Lexapro Withdrawl symptoms? - Anxiety Message Board

I have been taking 10mg for 4 months, then wanted to go off so Dr. said take 3x a week -everyother day so I have been for 1 month, then I stopped altogether and now I feel so sluggish, and dizzy and just out of it, could it be from that? I am getting PMS so it could be that too.

YES! My hubby took Lex for a year. WHen he stopped taking it, he had bad "tingles" in his head, seems out of it (like in a fog) and generally didn't feel good. He had quit cold turkey but after a few bad days of that, the doctor said to cut dose in half for 3 days, then quarter then stop.. (stop graduale)... Maybe you could try that?
