I just want to vent. You know, I know that things could be alot worse. Lord knows I've had enough people point this out to me when talking about my anxiety. First, my son had an accident last night and flipped someone over on the expressway. I almost didn't make it home myself due to an anxiety/panic attack while driving. I don't know who I was more afraid for...the people in his accident or the one I thought I was going to cause because of my attack. All I know without going into much detail is that I have had soooooo much happen in a 2 year period, between deaths and bad car accidents and switching jobs....it's not my imagination. I know real anxiety from normal anxiety. I think my brain is misfiring due to taking in so much in so little of time. Just like a nervous breakdown, except that I am a functioning nervous breakdown. Know what I mean? It's like I'm waiting for the other shoe to fall because it always seems to nowadays.
That's it. I hate anxiety!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!
