I talk, shout, hit out, make myself jump you name it, my dh can hold a conversation with me when i am sleeping, ( Luckily i am faithful otherwise i would be in right trouble

!!!) I wake up dh through my grunts groans and moans, it is all part of your anxiety and subconscience, the more you worry the worse you feel. YOU NEED TO RELAX
