Im a mother a 2 in my thirties. I tried the cipramil (citalopram) and it took the edge of my anxiety, but i gained so much weight i gave up on it (stupid - i know), im not taking any pills at the mo (im a wuss and dont really like taking them), but ive just recently started having counselling.
Ive discovered deep breathing and relaxation which i find helps a lot, also ive tried taking a little 'me' time which is when i normally come on here.
My youngest is 11 months and a real handful, but im lucky that i have a very supportive partner who understands that i need a little time in the evenings to myself.
I find these boards really helpful, nobody judges you, its anonimous and you can let off a bit of steam.
