Hi, you have my sympathy. I live in England. I sometimes have to get the bus to work. Its really horrid. I'm constantly looking at the traffic queues hoping that the bus will soon arrive, or if not I will have to ask the driver to stop and let me get off. I always have some plan, I'm pregnant and need the air (even though I'm not). Have you tried doing relaxation excercises or yoga. Yoga is supposed to be really good. Not got round to pluck the courage up to go though. Might have to esape from there too! Take care.
