Yeah, it sometimes takes me about an hour to fall asleep after I get into bed because no matter how hard I try, I just keep thinking of random things. Sometimes they aren't bad things, but other times at night before sleep I seem to struggle with bad thoughts too. I try to "count sheep" to just relax my mind and try to fall asleep, but that doesn't always work. Sometimes while the sheep are still jumping around in the meadow or over a fence in another part of my head I'm thinking of something else I meant to say to someone.
You just can't win!
