Does anyone get muscle twitches. I notices my toes twitch frequently, and when I am worried about it, I notice twitches everywhere. Anyone get this?

Hi Kelky,
I get them all the time. As a matter of fact i've been dealing with a really bothersome one on the back of my left leg that has come and gone periodically over the last 3 days or so. They are very annoying and used to trigger my anxiety at first but i've kind of gotten used to them. I get them on my legs, face, arms, etc.

i also get lots of muscle twitching. It can be very annoying, but the best thing is to just ignore it. Otherwise the more you worry about it, the more you will twitch. For many years i thought i was getting ALS, but finally realized it was triggered by anxiety.So just try to relax and know that lots of people have muscle twitching.
