I'm 18, and a college freshman, so we're about the same age. I have panic attacks each and every day, many times for unknown reasons or for reasons that don't warrant a panic attack, an example being waiting to go to my next class when I have an hour break or something...

My CBT therapist says that she thinks I'm constantly on this barrier of feeling "safe" and every little thing pushes me into the "not safe" category, and I find this to be quite true. Many of my panic attacks are from, as you described, just not feeling "right", and it's this uncomfortable feeling of foreboding and impending doom...
