EFT/hypnotherapy - effective?

Hi,

I have been suffering from anxiety for over 3 years and it has steadily gotten worse and worse to the point where i now can't go out the house (haven't been outside for about 5 months). I thought that was the worst it could possibly get, but now i'm at the stage where i just feel anxious all day within my home and am having difficulty eating, because by the time i've cooked some food, i feel too dizzy to eat it. So, i've resorted to eating soup... quick to make and easy to swallow. I've eaten virtually nothing but soup since Christmas. I know that's not helping my anxiety at all.

Anyway, my question is this: how effective is EFT? has anyone had this treatment, does it help significantly? also, if anyone has had hypnotherapy, i'd like to know the same thing.

Thanks,

Greg

Re: EFT/hypnotherapy - effective?

I havent heard of it but the simplist way to get out and about is to take a fairly large dose of any valium type med about 1 hour before leaving
your problem is generally called agoraphobia, lots of info about it on the net

are you having panic attacks?
