When my anxiety was at a real bad point i was like that too, to scared to do anything except sit on my bed being scared.
I started to write lists of stuff that i needed to do so when i was alone i already knew what i was doing, after a month or so of running myself off my feet in the house coz i wouldnt go out, i started to appreciate my time alone, i managed to relax in the bath and settle with the t.v, even now if i spend 3 days indoors i start climbing the walls, i appreciate the trip to the school that i used to be so scared of.
Have you tried any therapy, i am 25 and have had anxiety for about 7 years now, although i only really recognised it a few years ago. I have tried meds, but found cbt therapy a great help.
