what are the odds of having withdrawl effects from .5mg xanax if you take one a coule times a week once a day no more than 2?

Hi...not sure I understand the question, but if you take .5 mg. of Xanax a couple of times a week, I do not think you would notice any withdrawal symptoms if you stopped taking it. Is that what you were asking?

yeah basically....ive been doing that for about 3 months i take them sparningly.

That's what I've been doing for 3 years and I have never had any withdrawal.
