Hi mr_panicky,

I never used it myself, but a few people in my support group ( yes, I still go even though I don't have panic or anxiety problems any more ) have and three of them said it did nothing for them...they said they paid a lot of money to have someone tell them what they already knew.
One said it helped a little and another one said it really did help.

I suppose it can't hurt to try it, but if it were me I'd try to find it used somewhere before I'd pay all that money.
That way if it doesn't work you're not out a whole lot and if it does then hey, you got a good deal.

I just always thought if I could "Cure" anxiety and panic I'd never charge someone to tell them how to do it, I'd do it for free because I know just how awful it is to suffer from it.
Mine did go away, but I didn't do anything special...mine just seems to run in cycles.

Like I said, I know people who say it didn't help them but then I know someone else who says it did.
Everyone is different so you never know it just might be the thing that helps you...and if you do try it I hope it does help...I know just how awful this disorder is and I wish everyone who suffers from it could get well.
