Well,

I have been 3 weeks on 50mg of Zoloft and I still worry like heck. I still focus on my health and certain things of my health. Ive had problems with my ears and around my ears for about a month. I get pain below my ears on my neck on both sides and its worse on the right one. I also get pain on the back of my ears on the outside of them. This is what I have every morning when I wake up and I think about it. I also get soreness behind my ears .ugh. i thught it was my glasses at first so I got new ones but I wake up with it and dont have my glasses on during sleep so. a lot of this is off and on with my ears. good days and bad days. somedays its so bad i have to move my glasses or try to rearrange em cause hurt so bad. im not sure if I make it worse because i have GAD or not...i go to my 100mg prescription tomorrow...

i still have IBS and extreme weakness and nervous system probs also...the ear thing though I dont get...the doc checked it all out...

zoloft can take 6 weeks to cut in and the usual dose range is 50 to 200
discuss with doc about upping the dose a bit

do try to accept your docs assurances, rub or massage the sore areas

This might be a dumb suggestion, but have you thought about getting contact lenses? I know when I wear my glasses, they really annoy my ears too, so I always wear my contacts. Also, are you washing your bedding with something that you might be allergic to, irritating your skin? I had to switch to soap and softeners with no perfumes or dyes, or you could try taking an antihistamine. You could also try a satin pillowcase that would be very silky on your ears...or a more comfortable pillow.

Cant get contacts. I have very bad circles. I mean raccoon eyes. Some people actually ask me if I got punched in both my eyes. Its pretty bad...

I just dont know what is up with my ears. I dont think that my glasses could affect the area of my neck below the ears. Like right now they aint bad...its weird...

ugh,

I am so sick of worryin about stuff. The truth is,I have so many health probs so I worry a lot. I woke up this morning very hot and my stomach hurt from digestive discomfort and bein hungry and i couldnt get back to sleep. It was awful.,..thats only part of it...
