Question about basic pains. - Anxiety Message Board

I get these pains in the upper top part of my abdomen about 3-4 inches below my left nipple. But its primarily there and it seems it also happens on the same side on the other side of my back. It comes and goes sometimes.

Then I get pains around where my heart is located but it doesnt seem like its my heart but just an odd pain.

Any suggestions? How far and where in your body can gas travel?

Btw, these are pre-existing conditions before the panic.

Thats what i was wondering how far can gas travel up. I get these pains right near the top of my left breast and it seems after i get the pain i feel gassy. I also have the pain in the top left of my back, now in my right side also. I dont have stomache pain really from the gas it just seems to make the pains by my heart.
