glaucoma Anxiety - Anxiety Message Board

Ok im back with another problim, i was browsing the web and i came accross somthing to do with "glaucoma"

Anyways it was talking about one of the main symptoms is tunnel vission,
I think i have tunnel vision because when i focus on somthing i cant really see anything clear out side of what i am focusing on.

should i worry about any of this or is it just anxiety?

Im only 18 and i have been wearing glasses since i was 6, i feel like my vission has gotton worse but my dr says my eye sight hasnt changed from 2 years ago

your eyes become too hard if you have it, push against them when closed and they should feel soft, ask doc to check if still worried

I'm sure your eye doctor checks for glaucoma and other diseases of the eye. If you are worried, you could call and ask if your doctor tested you for glaucoma. Tunnel vision can be caused by extreme anxiety or panic. It can also be caused by hallucinogenic drugs and altitude sickness. Has your anxiety gotten worse lately?

hry33, i dont know if my eyes are hard, because if never pushed against them befor, so i dont know what it might feel like, but it dose seem to be a bit hard when i push against it,

SRmom i think i will just leave it till my next eye exam, then ask them to do a Glaucoma test.
