Tell me I'm fine!!! - Anxiety Message Board

I started getting this ache in my right groin area yesterday and its still here today. Coming and going. I was stupid and looked it up online and a ton of stuff on blood clots came up. I've been doing so great for the last few months and haven't taken a Xanax in over three months but I think I may need to take one today. I really don't want to becuase I'm sure I'm fine but for the first time in a few months, I'm actually freaking out about this. UGH!!! I HATE Anxiety!!

I'm not red or swollen in that area and its just an ache that comes and goes. Like I said, I'm sure I'm fine. I just need some reassurance.

you are right you are probably fine but if it keeps on into tomorrow id go see my doctor have it checked but I doubt its a blood clot.I do the same thing and search by my symptoms sometimes WORST thing to do alot of times searching by symptoms brings up the scariest of all problems wehn really it could be 100's of diff things going on alot simpler things

Thanks. I think I'm going to be ok. I haven't had it nearly as often as I had it yesterday. I notice it more when I bend over and sit down. I also had cramps that felt like pms, but its too early for that. They only lasted maybe 5 minutes too. Sometimes I just need the reassurance to get those bad thoughts out of my mind!!!
