fatigue..
is it anxiety if i sleep a lot but still feel fatigued and tired after a couple hours of waking??

it could be but it could also be a indicator of other diseases such as depression

Be careful that you don't sleep too much because that can make you tired as well. Try sleeping max. 9 hours and getting up early to see if that helps.

MD told me that it is because im not resting when I sleep so when i wake up I am still tired,I guess my mind is still going full throttle would love to feel completely rested just one day, been 12 yrs or so for me and no meds have helped that.
