I've been drinking/smoking a bit too much once again straight for about 4 nights, but aside from that I have some anxiety regarding an upcoming event and also my own panic disorder... not to mention I did a LOT of physical workout training earlier in the day and ate a crap load of pizza... now I feel lightly afraid, uncomfortable, plus I had only 3 hours sleep last night, and was shaky... shakiness has gone away slightly but I don't know what caused it... was it anxiety? Also I had some chest pains on my left side out of nowhere...
