happy mothers day.. i just wanted to know if anyone felt like their life is totally gone.. is this anxiety.. i just feel like i might die soon.. sorry for this post on mothers day.. but its how i feel.. thanks

Sounds like anxiety. I would not wish anxiety on my worst enemy. Try to get up and do something with your day. I don't know about your life. But please do not hide. There is an old saying got to fake it to make it. And eventually the faking part does become easier.

oh yes..and thats exactly how i feel. like i'm faking it. just faking being happy and living, prety much just waiting to die. every day i feel faint, hot/cold flashes, nauseous, and just terrrified that this is the end for me. i hardly even get peace when i sleep anymore. i just feel sick!!

Have you had any medical check-ups. Are you seeing any kind of doctor or taking any meds. This may not be psychological, but medical. {REMOVED} with panic/anxiety some OCD some adjustment disorder. But nobody but my close friends and family know. To to be working with me you would never know.
Any way if you can. Tell us about your self and what have you done with your anx/dep

I feel like this at times... Just like something will go wrong and i will die.. And all this is pointless...It sounds like anxiety with a bit of depression to me.... good luck... know you're not alone! be strong!
