does anxiety make you a "space cadet"?
Something I realized about myself receantly is that excessive worrying and thinking makes me a space cadet. I mean ppl kind of laugh at the way I act and it is embarresing for me...but i realize that it is my worry that causes me to act kind of weird. I second guess everything I do and it makes me go crazy. Anyone else have this problem? I want to alleviate it baadly. I

I go through periods where I completly disappear into my own little world. I get concerned when I am driving and it happens.
