I am not on any stimulant medications, the med I am on is LAmictal. I had a panic attack the other night not a bad one but one where I was shaking, chest pain, etc. I don't understand why I'd have one all of a sudden. I wonder if it's some psychological issue cuz at night is scary for me. I have the hardest times at night, that's when I'll get depressed, and now it's like everynight I expect it to be the same and it's so scary.

I keep thinking I'm gonna end up dying cuz something is seriously wrong with me that I don't know what it is??? I have head aches during the day everyday but they ussually accur at the same time of the day... Could someone tell me if it could be a physical health problem or is it psychological. What's everyone think??? Thanks...
