| Learning to Deal with my illness...
Man....you know sometimes I really thought I was losing my mind.
I dunno why, but I would actually almost envision myself going crazy. I would FEEL crazy. I think I realize its just anxiety now. Of course Ill have to wait for the full doctors opinion, but you know its just anxiety if when you can forget your worries and put your fears behind you, even for a moment, you feel almost totally better.
Like all your little weirdnesses and all your little phobias and analyzations kind of aren't there anymore.
I guess we are what we believe we are.
For me, knowing this is just anxiety will be a huge weight off, then I can learn to deal with it. In ways already, I guess I am.
