I experience all of these things when panicking. It is not uncommon for me to especially have the muscle pains and weakness during the height of a panic attack. But I've had panic attacks since I was 18, and I'm 32 now and I'm still alive. So it must be the panic.
I get aches and pains and I think when we're anxious we pay more attention to them. I know I involuntarily keep some of my muscles so tense in my neck and shoulders that they ache quite a bit and I have to use a heating pad frequently.
