I take fluoxetine (the generic for prozac) for my anxiety and panic attacks. I have read through the whole paper and everything, but i was wondering if there were any negative side effects that come with taking it long-term.

It says on there that i shouldnt drink an excess of alcohol. What will happen if i do? will my liver explode or something?

Will this be bad for my liver long-term? Any other vital organs that might fail if i take this for the rest of my life?
