Oh yes, it's called general anxiety and believe you me you can have muscle tension.
I do the following...
Back aching/tension/pain - I take a shower
Chest tension/aching/pain without eating for a few hours- I eat something
Chest and back pain - I get on my treadmill for 20-30 minutes
Exercising with Doc's ok after 10 minutes will release natural endorphins in your body.
I used to get aches in my arms and shoulders too. But having pretty extensive cardiac testing (my doc wanted to make sure it wasn't my heart) helps alleviate my fears to a degree.
thank yall so much for your replys, i am only 20 years old and dont really know how to deal with all of this, i got sick about 6 months(vestibular neriounitis) ago and wasnt diagnosed until 4 months ago and i guess not knowing what was wrong from the beging really did a number on my nerves, so when i did find out what i had, and even now i second guess what all my doctors tell me because by the time i found out i had already searched my symptoms and some pretty scary things popped up, even though i have had a ct of my head and chest a spinal tap two ekg's and a boocoo(sp) of bloodwork i still get myself all freadked out thanks to the internet. anyways thanks again for your replys it helps a BUNCH!!!!
