| Symptoms Of Anxiety
I am new to anxiety attacks and not sure why they are happening. I have a pretty much stress free life. I don't want to take medication because things don't agree well with me. I do take thyroid medication, glucophage for Polycystic ovarian syndrome and High blood pressure medicine. All are under control except a stint I just went through with my thyroid getting out of whack. Had a baby 8 months ago, which could have to do with my thyroid needing adjustment. My heart has also been checked, so that is good. My symptoms start with a numb/warm feeling that goes thru my body. My heart starts racing and I feel like I will pass out. I get very lightheaded and shaky. Then sometimes I get cold afterward. And of course, I remain scared after that, afraid that it will happen again. This last one I had I tried to talk myself out of and I did not get the racing heartbeat, but the warm/numb sensations really scares me. It feels as if I am bleeding out inside. Anybody ever had this?
