therapists in ohio??? - Anxiety Message Board

i am from northeast ohio and was wondering if anyone is from this area, could they recommend a therapist that specializes in anxiety/panic disorder? i have done searches on the net, but have not come up with much. i am currently going to a counselor for talk therapy and a psychiatrist for meds, but do not feel they are helping me. i asked the psych for other counselor recommendations near the cleveland area, but he didn't give me any. he is in practice with the counselor i am seeing and i believe that is why he wouldn't provide me with any names. so if anyone can provide me with any names i would greatly appreciate it.

You can ask one of your doctors/pcp or call a local hopital that you feel comfortable with and ask for assistance. I took me a while to get a team together that I felt comfortable with. It's worth it.
