| going off all meds
Hi Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has made it to a point where they were able to go off of everything? I have come to London, England on Holiday and have been accepted into a Master's program, while over here, I forgot most of my meds (have decreased ones I have been taking as to not stop cold turkey), and have had no ill affects (aside from an upset stomach). I was wondering if anyone has gone off their meds and what the outcome was? I have been on SSRIs for the past 3 years and benzos for the past 2. I realized that I feel no different on them as I did than before I was on them. I do have severe anxiety, but some how over here it has decreased (I know you can't leave all your problems and hope they won't follow). I'm wondering how to broach this topic once I return to the states and speak with my therapist.
