Wake Up With Lower Extremity Trembling? - Anxiety Message Board

Has anyone got this problem? I wake up with inside trembles in my abdomen and sometimes upper legs (thighs). Usually if I take my blood pressure, my systolic is higher than usual. Sometimes during the day I will be doing something and I can feel the trembling coming on. I dont have any other symptons that I can say. Stress/anxiety? Some other physical problem that anyone can think of.? I am on 50mg of atenelol a day for high pulse rate and high blood pressure. Thanks

I get like a low vibration through my body (arms, legs, everywhere) it is normally more noticable in the morning but it can happen at any time. I don't get it all the time just every now and then. It is a symptom of anxiety

thats the only place i get tremors is in my legs and hands... usually when my anxiety is extreme.
