| Any chance it could go the way it came?
When I first got SA it was like 5 or 6 years ago. My Girlfriend said something to me about us doing something for our first time. It hit me out of no where. I was completly normal up until that point, after that day it was just as bad as it is now, years later. when im normal and completly myself with no anxiety I think about the things I'd love to do. Like go skydiving or bungee jumping or something like that, but when Im back to being full of anxiety (most of the day everyday) Thinking about that stuff sounds completly insane. Im wondering if It makes any sense to think if I went out and did something completly crazy like that, if it could snap me back out of it just like it started.
