It feels like all your insides are shaking, even though on the outside your not. My stomach nerves have been bouncing around constantly now for over a week.

Nope, your not alone! The same thing has been happening to me for about 2 months. I wish I knew what was causing it! I'ts one of the first things I feel when I wake up in the morning. Isn't it awful!

hi girls,

did you have a thorough physical exam done to rule out any physical/organic problem?

otherwise, these are symptoms of anxiety, as you probably know, since you posted on this site.

tracey, anything unusual, or eventful happen to you around a week ago, before you got these symptoms?

also, nicolette, the same question goes to you, but about two months ago? anything happened around that time?

None that I can think of. My symptoms have become debilitating. I know anxiety can manifest itsself in so many ways but this is ridicilous. I have so many symptoms I don't know where to begin. Right now it feels like the right side of my face it numb! I don't know where my anxiety comes from! I'm only 19, and it's not like I have a mortgage, family, or important job to consider. I feel guilty because I don't really have a reason to be anxious. I've been to the Doctor and of course they can't find anything wrong! I say they are wrong.

Well ive had anxiety for 10 years so im always getting some sort of symptoms at some time or other, usually nothing triggers them off. I noticed two weeks ago my lungs felt strange, kind of heavy and a little tight, then a couple of days later the stomach shakes came with it. I get this from the moment i wake up, to the time i go to bed, and it often takes me hours before i nod off as i cant relax my insides. The only time this feeling goes is if im walking about.
