Help me please... - Anxiety Message Board

I've been diagnosed with depression, but lately have been having problems with anxiety. Yesterday i had an attack out of nowhere. I'm still having hot flashes, still feeling flush in the face. Cold flashes and shaking. They seem to be coming in waves. Is this normal? What can i do to stop this? How can i stop worrying?

I am a worry wart by nature as well and recently my dr put me on valium and wellbutrin. now i have only been taking these two for 4 days but let me tell you the valium is taking away my worries and i really feel so much better! my son left for iraq yesturday and when he left the first time i was a basket case and this time with the help of the valium im ok. I too normally worry about things i have no control over but in these four days i have been for the most part worry free.
