Being hungry all the time could be a symptom of sooooo many things! I don't think if that is your only symptom that you can blame it on anxiety. Maybe you are lacking some vitamins/minerals, which could cause the hunger. You could be burning more calories or sweating more, which can cause more hunger. Being depressed can cause more hunger too... lots and lots of things can cause it. Do you have any other issues going on?
