My brains feel scrambled

My brains feel really scrambled, head pressure sensation (but no headache), feeling out-of-it, stuporish, foggy-headed, bugged-out, etc. I have had GAD/PANIC for most of my life and I hate this feeling. The MRI showed that I had sinusitis too. Oh joy!.

Re: My brains feel scrambled

What are the symptoms of sinusitis? Could that be causing some of the out of it feeling?

Re: My brains feel scrambled

I have sinusitis as well and it makes me feel very out of it. I guess a combination of the pressure in my face and ears and the fact that I suffer with anxiety explains this feeling. It comes and goes....

Re: My brains feel scrambled

That is strange how it comes and goes and how you can feel just great for a day or so and then it comes out of nowhere and hits you like a ton of bricks and may last for days. My latest bout of dazed, foggy-headed, inject-your-brain-with-Navocaine feeling was a few days ago and came on really strong toward the evenings. You just sort of sit there in a stupor "waiting" for it to pass so you can feel normal again.
