The internet is not a very good place for us anxiety suffers who like to self-diagnose.

First coping strategy, don't lookup any medical stuff!!! Tell yourself you are fine and just stay away, if you can. You have been to the doctors and they can't find anything wrong, so try and let it go and accept that you have anxiety.
I would definitely read through this website. Knowing you are NOT ALONE helps at great deal! I would also call right now to schedule your session with a counselor. She will see if you might be a good candidate for any medication. Don't delay, make the call. Get on track. Don't suffer anymore than you have too.
