Zoloft time of day question

I'm going to take my first dose tonight, if it causes problems with sleeping I may change it to a morning dose. Is it ok to for example, take one tonight, and then change it to the morning because I couldn't sleep? How much time has to go by before taking another dose?

Thanks

Re: Zoloft time of day question

What I have done with my meds is try in the morning first. If I am too tired then I try it at bedtime then next day. If it interupts my sleep then I take it at supper time.

I have always had to take my meds around 5pm.

Re: Zoloft time of day question

I take mine at 5 every night. . . I set the alarm on my cell phone so I remember to take it. I am thinking of taking it in the mornig with the rest of my meds. . . since I havent had any side effects

Re: Zoloft time of day question

I'm going to try it this morning first to see how I react. It says to take it with food, and I want to go jogging for a bit. I plan on taking it after I get back but hopefully it won't mess it up if I take it right after a workout.
