Re: Anxiety/weight loss
I read this post and had to reply. I have a fluctuation in my weight as well due to anxiety, or so I believe it to be. What I do to stay on top of things and keep myself at a consistent weight is to eat. I notice that when big attacks come on I lose almost all of my appetite so I consider the fact that my body still needs food so even though I wouldn't want to eat, I know I must. At first its rough to eat on an upset stomach but a few months of eating right and I am beginning to gain my weight back slowly. Do you have a certain diet or any other underlying issues that might be the cause of all this? If not just do your best to eat what you can even if your feeling "funny" and I hope to hear that you feel better soon.
