Anyone tried naturopath and these natural supplements?
I have been suffering from anxiety for a long time and I finally got up the courage to seek some help.
I had my first visit with a naturopathic doctor today. First, she was so wonderful and I felt as though she was treating me as a friend, not just another patient. Second, she recommended I take the amino acid 5 hpt 2x daily (once in the morning and once before bed) as well as 1 scoop of a powdered magnesium before bed.
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried either or both of these to relieve anxiety. I am really hoping this works!
