So, I was told on June 1st that I need a root canal. She said it was no big hurry, and I could do when I could afford it.

Now that tooth is acting up. No pain, just sensation with cold. The more I think about it, the more it hurts. The more it hurts, the more I panic. The more I panic, the more I think about it.

Someone help...I can't afford a root canal, and I'm not even sure I could make it through the procedure. Anyone gone through this?

Yikes, the old catch 22. I've never been through that, but it sounds like a trying cycle.

Has your therapist taught you any relaxation techniques? Maybe they could help. Have you talked to your psych about this?

Hopefully, you'll win the lottery and get that root canal pronto. I'm pulling for ya (no pun intended).
