The Linden Method

I just wondered if anyone has ever ordered and tried the Linden Method? I know it is kind of expensive but if it worked it would be well worth the money. Also, I have read on here that Lexapro seems to have caused the most weight gain of all the AD's. Is the one AD that seems to cause the least amount of weight gain? Also, can Lexapro's side effects starting out at 10mgs cause increased anxiety such as a fast heart rate and no sleep? I have a friend that started it and she said she couldn't sleep and her heart raced like crazy. Thanks.

Re: The Linden Method

Would you suggest it before counseling first or adding to it? I have heard some counselors have you listen to tapes and do workbooks before really getting into deep talk sessions so I thought maybe this would be a good place to start and then go into counseling. Suggestions?

Re: The Linden Method

I would suggest both. I actually did both. and now still practice the Linden. It comes with visualization practices and I still use them everyday. It really is a great program.

About your second question on the medication: People react differently to meds, One may gain from lexapro and the other will lose weight. I know that Prozac is one that not alot of people gain on. I personally gained on all except Prozac. I was only on it a very shourt time and had to come off due to another health issue, but If I go back on meds I will chose Prozac.
