Anxiety? Please help!
Ok, so for some reason I am having some anxiety I think. I would like to know if there is anything I can do (without medications) that could help; possibly breathing techniques or some type of program I can use.
I am currently in another country studying abroad and I am experiencing serious home sickness. The thought of being here away from family and friends for four months is making it hard for me to breathe, and I am getting really agitated with my roommates over the most stupid issues. I have had stress issues before and even the idea of traveling to other countries gives me really bad anxiety attacks.
I know that I am studying abroad and this should be the best experience of my life, which is even making the anxiety worse! I am sure I will get better as the program goes on, as it has only been a week.
