This is driving me nuts!!

Im so agitated .... i have a restless body? the past week my hole body feels all restless like there are creepy crawlies inside me... all over not just my leg.. but all mainly on my right... my right leg aches my ankle, calf shin and knee... no bruise, red, hot or swollen.... just all achy and resltess.. no need to jerk though just feels all tingly.. and when i touch some spots on my body it tingles, as im typing this my hand and arm are tingling.. also the bottom of my spine aches a litle and tingles also... ? everywhere is very sensitive to touch dont hurt just sensitive.. and tingles, im soo agitated!!

I only take omeprazole (for gerd).. have no severe pain or anything...

any ideas? im pretty freaked!!


ps.. i only had an mri of my neck and head 8 weeks ago for another reason... all came back normal... i really dont want to go to the doctors they all think im crazy!!

I suggest that you get these 2 things tested...

Ferritin & magnesium.

Ferritin = iron stores and is NOT the same as hemeglobin. Most doctors never test this. Optimal ferritin is between 70 & 90 (though the lab reports say as low as 10 is ok, it's NOT & will likely cause low iron symptoms). Low ferritin can cause restless leg syndrome. Find out what your number it. Do NOT settle for being told your is "in range".

Magnesium. Most doctors never test this either. Low magnesium can cause muscle aches and pains, aggitation, twitches, etc.

Both of these can cause heart palpitations too (but not necessarily).
25 years feeling worse every year on Synthroid & 13 months feel good on Armour Thyroid.
